On the phone he was professional and seemed to understand exactly what we were talking about.  He scheduled to come out and evaluate the situation.  He was right on time, unlike other contractors at had dealt with before, he checked everything out, showed us pictures of the potential damaged areas, told us what he thought needed to be done and then presented a cost effective quote for the work.  When he came back out, he completed the work in record time and then showed us pictures of the work that had been done, which was nice to see.  His price was exactly what he quoted and he offered to come back or after the next reason to double check his work.
Scott is definitely a class act, he did what he said he would do, he did it quickly and the price was more than reasonable.
